Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of the chromosphere.tech website, trial environments and demo instances (together, the "Services") provided by Chromosphere Technologies ("Chromosphere", "we", "us"). Production use of the Chromosphere platform is governed by a separate service or licence agreement.
1. Use of the website and demos
- You may browse the website and use the public demo environments for evaluation purposes.
- Demo environments are shared, periodically reset, and provided without any warranty. Do not enter real subscriber or personal data into demo environments.
2. Trial environments
- Trials are provided free of charge for evaluation, for the period communicated to you.
- We may suspend or delete trial environments at the end of the trial period or in case of abuse.
- You are responsible for any data you upload into a trial environment.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services — including attempting unauthorised access, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without permission, interfering with service to other users, or using the Services to send spam or host unlawful content.
4. Intellectual property
The Chromosphere platform, its modules, documentation and this website are the property of Chromosphere Technologies and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these terms or a signed agreement.
5. Disclaimer
The website, demos and trials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Feature descriptions on the marketing site are indicative and may change.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chromosphere is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, demos or trial environments.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the website.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time; continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
