Chromosphere Technologies ("Chromosphere", "we", "us") operates the chromosphere.tech website and the Chromosphere ISP management platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

- Trial and demo requests — when you request a trial or demo we collect your name, work email address, phone number, company name and role. We use this to create your trial environment and to contact you about it.
- Contact — if you email us (e.g. sales@chromosphere.tech) we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) are kept for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
2. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
- We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
3. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies (session and security cookies, e.g. CSRF protection). No marketing or analytics cookies are set on the marketing pages.
4. How we use your data
- To provision and support trial or demo environments you request.
- To respond to sales and support enquiries.
- To secure and operate our infrastructure.
5. Data retention
Trial request data is retained for the duration of your trial and a reasonable period afterwards, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are rotated on a short schedule. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Data is processed on infrastructure we control or by service providers acting on our instructions (e.g. hosting and email delivery). We only disclose personal data where required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing sales@chromosphere.tech. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Platform customer data
Where an ISP uses the Chromosphere platform to manage its subscribers, that ISP is the data controller of its subscriber data; Chromosphere acts as a processor under the ISP's service agreement. This policy covers the marketing website only.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
